Burns Night at The Pig’s Ear is a proper pub affair. Comforting food, good cheer and a reason to linger a little longer.
On Saturday 24th and Sunday 25th January, we’ll be serving our homemade haggis as a special, alongside seasonal Swede & Carrots, with Whisky Jus that does it justice. It’s hearty, warming and exactly what a winter weekend calls for.
At the bar, we’ll be pouring our Burns Night cocktail, built around Bruichladdich Classic Laddie, amber vermouth, maraschino liqueur and orange bitters. A perfect match for cold evenings and good conversation. We've called it the The Bruich-lyn.
